Optimized provider usability, implemented industry best practice workflows, and created a sustainable program composed of specialty sprints to leverage Epic Foundation content.

Guthrie Clinic

Served as interim CMIO and strategic technology advisor to the current president and executive team. Focused on data-driven physician training and maximizing use of investments in healthcare technologies. Facilitated collaboration between marketing, clinical operations, compliance, physicians, and IT partners to make clinical care more effective and efficient. Created a series of educational videos and training sessions for doctors, by doctors known as the Physician Black Bag Series.

Created a sustainable framework for collaborative team building and promoting alignment with Cleveland Clinic’s mission and vision.
